Careers — Junior Contract Administrator

  • Administration of building contracts and contract documents
  • Organising  and running client meetings
  • Reporting and managing updates to management
  • Collating documentation and applying for building permits and other approvals/permits
  • Tracking maintenance requests
  • Working on design details and changes, build specifications and finish schedules
  • Organising service connections

In addition to our clients, you will be working with all manner of stakeholders, consultants and team members, including site managers, estimators, building surveyors, draftspersons, engineers, councils and authorities. You are highly visible throughout the company and will need to be well presented, highly organised and detail oriented. You will have unparalleled levels of exposure to all facets of the business, and will gain invaluable experience in the industry.

Careers — Draftsperson

  • Produce working drawings that are in accordance with all council-endorsed documents, comply with all NCC/AS requirements and provide a high level of detail.
  • Ensure working drawings are prepared in accordance with 'best practice'  standards and are in line with the company's preferred construction methodologies.
  • Review documents, such as Energy Ratings, Engineering and Shop Drawings, to ensure the working drawings are sufficient & well-considered.
  • Identify potential construction issues and work with the Design & Drafting Manager to ensure details are correctly resolved.
  • Work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
